Remote Worker VPN access provides a secure managed (SSL) connection service into ETHER/IP VPNs from the public internet, allowing home and mobile workers to securely participate in the customer's VPN community.
Access, Authentication and Accounting (AAA) credentials are verified by resilient, secured RADIUS servers.

These "optional extra" service packages introduce Internet connectivity, Internet service, managed security, remote site and remote worker connectivity options to extend and enhance the functionality of Vtesse's ETHER/IP, ETHER/LIGHT and VTESSE/LOCATE services. They are not provided as "stand-alone" service packages.
Vtesse Internet Access
For ETHER/IP, ETHER/LIGHT & VTESSE/LOCATE
A high performance, high availability internet connection, provided from our own dual homed IP transit sources, delivering scalable, burstable internet bandwidth in increments from 5Mb to 1Gb/sec with a service availability guarantee of up to 99.999%, depending upon connectivity options selected.
Asymmetric bandwidth options are also available allowing, for example, businesses providing net providers of content to provide more data to the Internet than they consume.
The service includes (optional) primary and secondary DNS service, IP address range allocation and management services
Vtesse Managed Internet services

This unbundled service provides any agreed combination of Domain registration and management, SMTP Mail relays and email spam & virus scanning capabilities to a specification individually agreed with each customer.
Vtesse Managed Firewall Services
For ETHER/IP, ETHER/LIGHT & VTESSE/LOCATE
Provision, configuration and management of a hardware firewall between the internet and the customer's IP VPN. Configured to support individually agreed security policies and provided with patch management and version upgrade support.
Policy breaches are monitored in real-time in our NOC and from thereon to nominated contacts in the customer team using agreed procedures.
