Security Management ISO 27001:2005

Vtesse has been certified by the BSI to ISO 27001:2005, the globally recognised standard for Information Security Management Systems. Covering the design, supply and support of internet and data networking for both the Vtesse network and data centre operations; ISO 27001 acknowledges the information security practices in place and the way in which it protects both its own operations and the services it provides to customers.

Business Continuity Management BS-25999:2007

Vtesse is certified to BS25999 for Business Continuity Management which provides a framework for improving the ability of Vtesse to remain resilient to disruption caused by unforeseen events. Key business systems and processes either continue uninterrupted or can be recovered quickly to ensure business critical support functions and vital services are provided with no interruption.

CAS(T) IL2

CAS(T) IL2 CESG Assured Service (Telecommunications)

Vtesse has achieved certification under the Government’s CAS(T) (CESG Assured Service (Telecommunications)) scheme for its optical networking services which means we can now carry government data at Impact Level 2 (IL2) and meet the 2-2-4 government security standard. As part of our certification we can also work with other CAS(T) providers where “last mile” connectivity is required, extending our network reach.

Vtesse Cirrus is proud to announce that it has been named ‘Data Centre Hosting Provider of the Year’ at this year’s Data Centre Solutions Awards – an accolade determined by the voting public.
